Data Governance and Social Challenges to Sharing Clinical Data for Research: Problems & Solutions: Lunch on Monday, July 13
There are two options for lunch at the Lister Hill Center (LHC) Auditorium on Monday, July 13, 2026:
- - (1) dining at the Natcher Conference Center (Building 45) cafeteria, located across the street from the LHC or
- - (2) pre-ordering a boxed lunch via Fresh Fork catering (there is a minimum of fifteen (15) orders to quality for onsite delivery).
(1) The Natcher Conference Center (Building 45) is open on Monday, July 13 for breakfast and lunch. The hours of operation and menu choices are listed below.
- Breakfast: 7:00 am - 9:00 am
- Lunch (11:00 am - 2:00 pm)
- Hot weigh-and-pay
- Grab-n-go salads and sandwiches
- Assorted sushi
- Assorted bottled beverages
(2) Fresh Fork Catering requires meeting attendees to pre-order their boxed lunch from their menu options. The deadline to pre-order your boxed lunch is Wednesday, July 8. Please follow the steps below to ensure your order is grouped correctly for delivery to Data Governance and Social Challenges to Sharing Clinical Data for Research: Problems & Solutions Workshop at the LHC Auditorium.
To place your boxed lunch order:
- Click the catering link: The Fresh Fork

Click on option of choice: either "Sandwich Boxes" or "Salad Boxes".
- For "Sandwich Boxes", there are five sandwich options. Enter the number of lunch boxes you are ordering in the box next to the selected choice.
- For "Salad Boxes", there are three salad options. Enter the number of salad boxes you are ordering in the box next to the selected choice.
- Add any special instructions in the space provided.
- Enter Your Full Name in the space "Item is For:".
- Click on "Add to Cart".

A pop-up box will display: xx Items in Your Cart.
- Click on "Placing an Order: Select Your Date and Time" (at the top of the cart page).
- Click "On Campus Delivery".
- Date: "Monday, July 13, 2026"..
- Time: Select "11:15 am".
- Click "Update". This will bring you back to the page for ordering.
- Click on the cart in upper right of page to go back to cart and complete ordering process.

Click "Continue as a Guest".
- For Contact Email: Enter your email.
- Click "Checkout".
- On the right of the page For "Delivery".
- Location: enter "On Campus Delivery".
- Contact Name: enter "Pat Smith".
- Building: enter "38A"
- Room Name/Room #: enter "Lower Level, LHC Auditorium".
- Meeting Name: enter "Data Governance and Social Challenges to Sharing Clinical Data for Research: Problems & Solutions".
- Contact Phone: enter "Pat Smith cell phone 202/359-5326"
- Contact Information:
- First Name: "your first name".
- Last Name: "your last name".
- Click "Continue".
- Payment Method will display credit card.
- Under payment method, click "Click here to enter new credit card".
- Follow the prompts for credit card payment.
Due to the sensitivity of the equipment, no food or drink-including water bottles-is permitted inside the LHC Auditorium.
